The APAO Congress organizers have secured competitive rates for delegates at a variety of hotels close to the venue, the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC) in Bangkok, to suit a range of budgets and preferences.

Hotel reservation for all paid delegates will be open in September. Rooms are subject to availability and are served on a first-come-first serve basis. It is highly recommended to secure a room of your preference at the earliest stage.

Hotel Reservations

  • Only delegates who have registered for the APAO 2019 Congress and settled their registration fees can reserve hotel rooms through the Congress system.

  • Hotel reservation opens for all delegates on October 8, 2018.

Amendment and Cancellation Policy

  • Amendments and cancellation can be arranged free of charge and are subject to availability before the deadline set differently by the hotels. Details can be found in the online booking platform and the booking confirmation. Amendments or cancellation fees will apply after the set deadline.

  • Standard check-in time will be 15:00 and check-out time 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out will be subject to availability and may incur surcharges.
  • Room upgrades and extra beds may be available upon request and are subject to extra expense.
